Orders, Shipping + Returns

Order Processing + Shipping
Most orders are shipped directly from the designer and may take up to 10 business days for delivery. Once an order had been placed, the billing address, individual product options (size, color, etc.) and order total cannot be modified at any time. If any ordered items cannot be fulfilled within a timely manner, the remaining available items will be shipped and your method of payment will only be charged for the fulfilled items, shipping fee and applicable taxes. Please understand that your flat shipping fee will not be discounted for partially fulfilled orders.

Returns
Non-sale eligible items (see non-returnable items below) may be returned only in their original and unused condition within 30 days of delivery, with a printed copy of the original order confirmation or gift receipt, if applicable. If 30 days have elapsed since delivery, we will be unable to accept a return or offer a refund. Items returned after 30 days of delivery, in unsellable condition or non-returnable items can be returned to you for an additional shipping fee.

Please return your item/s with all original tags and packaging and your return package must include your original order confirmation.

Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Sale items
Toys
Beds
Carriers
Treats and all other perishable items

Please only send returned items to Trixie + Peanut and not to the manufacturer or shipper, if different.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 14 days if the return is approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be applied to the credit card or other method of payment for the value of the returned merchandise. If the return is not eligible or not approved, we will email you with an explanation and offer to return the item/s to you for an additional shipping fee, normally $10 for small letter-sized packages and up to $25 for larger packages.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please first contact support for your credit card company, bank or other payment system. Please allow several business days for a refund to be posted.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when originally purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive an emailed gift card for the value of the returned item, if it is returned with a gift receipt and the recipient's contact name and email address. If a gifted item is returned that was not marked as a gift when originally ordered, a refund will be issued to the original gift giver (originally billed customer), who will be aware of the return.

You will be responsible for the shipping expense required to ship your returned items. The original order's shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will equal the value of the returned merchandise only. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance to ensure you have value protection in case your returned items are not received successfully.
